Intercrus Tax was founded in 2021 by Yevheniia Vladarchyk, an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and graduate of UCLA’s Accounting Certificate Program.
Yevheniia brings years of experience in both U.S. and international accounting and tax preparation. Before starting her own firm, she served as Chief Accountant for Intertek’s Ukraine office, worked with H&R Block, and partnered with other organizations where she built a strong foundation in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client service.
But beyond the credentials, Yevheniia understands that tax, accounting, and payroll can feel overwhelming. That’s why she built Intercrus Tax with a simple vision: to treat every client like a partner, not just a file number. She takes the time to explain the details, guide you through the process step by step, and make sure you feel confident and supported — whether you’re filing a personal return, managing payroll, or launching a new business.
